Glue Hurts

My glue gun was working overtime last week - to remove layer after layer of skin on my fingers!
Crafting is dangerous and painful work my friends.
I made this one to sell after a previous incarnation got taken out by a mean gust of wind at Springfield - sniff, sniff, sniff.
Now I'm not sure I can part with it.  Looks perfect in the kitchen by the red, white and black wall of junque.
Hmmm....
What to do?  What to do?

Oh tragedy! I hate the sound of pretties crashing in the wind at shows.

Keep it! Keep it! It's utterly gorgeous. Worth the painful gluey fingers any day!

I love making wreaths like this, but have never done one all in one color scheme...just beautiful! Love that little Santa!

Just gorgeous Carrie. My favorite Christmas color combo. It was so nice to see you and your sweet family Saturday. I gave a little shout out to you and Wrapped Up City Flea today on my blog. Thanks again for stopping.

You have more patience and talent than I do I would never attempt to handle a glue gun.

It's a stunner, that's for sure! I've bought tons of vintage ornaments to make one of these, but I'm too scared to make it now. How to store it, and where? And I'm wondering if the heat of the glue gun will weaken the ornament? Hopefully I can conquer my fear and make a beauty like yours!
Happy REDnesday and Happy Thanksgiving!

Love it. It reminds me of the project I want to do. I have TONS of Christmas light bulbs that I plan on using to make a wreath. Blessings.
