Truly one of my most favorite places.
I find it difficult to imagine EVER tiring of views like this.
Thrift stores are full of sights one rarely encounters in my neck of the woods.
These boots were made for going home (sadly). Currently I am wearing them in the rain which was here when we left and still here when we stepped off the plane.
Hope everyone had a terrific holiday. Ours was gloriously full of sun, majestic vistas, great friends and a bucket of tears on the plane ride home!

I'm envious! I lived over 20 years in Albuquerque and the surrounding area (Corrales for 11 years). All of our extended family still live there, though we moved first to MO 6 years ago, and just recently crossed over the river into IL.
My mom stayed with us for 3 weeks over Thanksgiving and just went back to NM on Friday. Wish I could go back for a visit too!
Hop over to Knick of Time to enter my giveaway of a Canvas Photo Print - you can turn one of your NM photos into wall art!
Blessings,

P.S. - Love your photo of the home with the Sandias in the background. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our home and it was wonderful to see the skies filled with hot air balloons in October - they always went right over our home in Corrales.

My old stomping grounds! I'm a New Mexico girl, myself. Nothing quite like the things you find in those stores out there! Need some barbed wire or some spurs? Yup, they have them. And so do I! LOL Lucky you to be out in the Land of Enchantment~
:-)
Even under rainy skies I know those boots are cheering you up.
Someday I dream of traveling and visiting different thrifts or maybe a version of longest yard sale.
Love those boots. Too bad it doesn't seem we will ever be dry here in Southwest Ohio!
